Dear Bill & everyone at Davis Service Company,
I just wanted to drop you a quick email about how happy I am with the
new A/C unit y'all installed for me over the summer. Everything's
been working great, and thankfully my home has been much cooler. I
appreciate all the hard work that Bill did on his initial visit to
inspect my home's cooling needs, as well as all the time he spent with
me on the phone to answer my follow up questions. Also, the guys who
came out to do the installation did an excellent job. They were very

This is just a quick note of thanks for all your help over the
last three years. Isn’t it hard to believe it’s been
three years already? I don’t know where the time went, but
what I do know is that without you and your team’s expert
and reliable service, that three years would’ve passed much
slower.
Your help and insight, as we tried to figure out how to properly
cool our newly constructed lab facility was invaluable. You and
your team came up with a way to get us through that process with

Comments: the repairman called before coming for the
scheduled appointment to let us know when he would arrive. He spent time
looking over the furnace 1st and check the operation carefully. I asked a lot
of questions(1st time to have a furnace in the attic)
and he was not put out and willingly provided answers. Check air conditioning
unit and answered my questions about that also. Check unit with testing
equipment. As our dryer vent is near the outside unit suggested that we check
the fans on the outside unit to make sure length doesn't build up and affect
the operations of the unit. Time spent about one hour and 15 minutes total.

Description of work: replace 2 ton A/C unit with a new 15 seer
Lennox unit. Fixed a few
problems with the ductwork. Preformed seasonal
maintenance on my other A/C units.
Comments: courteous, professional work. An expected problem
with my A/C closet construction made this job take longer than planned, but
they did not charge anything extra. There were a few minor problems with the
job: a gray flex line was left laying across the
furnace exhaust pipe, which they fixed promptly after I mentioned it. The
doorsill of my A/C closet was badly scuffed and shipped during the installation
of the new A/C. A newly installed register was caulk all around the outside,
which looks messy and will make it difficult services register in the future.
But over all, I feel that I got good service for my money, and I will consider
hiring
Davis
again in the future.

owner of the company came out and gave us very honest and helpful information.
He also gave us a list of brands to choose from and gave good advice on which
to choose.
Comments: they were running a few minutes late coming to install,
but called before, which was nice. Everything went smoothly, and they were
clean and thorough. They hauled the old unit a way to recycle. I wasn't pressed
with the service.

Comments: This is a very trustworthy group of people. And we
don't feel like we have to beware of them trying to take advantage of us. Our
units are always working, and that's why we have them service our units. They
did a nice job of making sure the air-conditioning unit was ready for the
season.
